Since the Assembly of the Caixa d’Estalvis Laietana approved the segregation of all assets and liabilities of its banking business in favour of Banco Financiero y de Ahorros Central Entity of the SIP (Institution System of Protection) of which it is a member together with other savings banks, which in turn have authorised their segregation in favour of Bankia S.A.- , Customer Services, which is responsible for dealing with users’ complaints and claims, is conducted by the Customer Service Department of Bankia S.A.
